What counts as a lookup?
Each new keyword search or domain overview counts once. Opening the same keyword or domain again within 24 hours is free, so reloading a page never uses up your plan.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Rankwell tells you which limit you reached. Daily limits count the last 24 hours, so they free up gradually; the websites limit counts the last 30 days. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your audits stay in your account.
Can I switch between Pro and Agency?
Yes. Changes take effect at once, and Stripe adjusts the price for the rest of your billing period.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never reaches Rankwell.
What does "Unlimited" mean?
No daily cap for normal use. A very high ceiling stops automated scripts, far above what a person using the site can reach.
Why are domain lookups the only thing rationed?
Almost everything Rankwell reads is free or open: its own crawler, Google Autocomplete, Wikipedia, Tranco, Cloudflare Radar and PageSpeed. Audits and keyword research cost us nothing per use, so we do not meter them. Checking where a site ranks means buying real Google results, about fourteen searches for each domain, which is the one thing we pay for by the request.
